6 commitments we keep

• We only read what you choose to show us, and we start with no access at all.
• We only use AI providers whose terms rule out training on your data.
• Nothing we build sends, replies or deletes without a person approving it.
• We keep what we need for the work, and delete it when the work ends or when you ask.
• Your information is never shared with another client.
• The form collects your name and work email, only so we can reply. Ask us to delete it by replying to any email from us.

Access, in 4 steps you control

Step 1: the first conversation needs none.

We ask how your week runs. We never ask to see your systems or your inbox.

Step 2: a sample, only if you want one.

You might send a week of bank lines or a batch of old applications. You pick what to send. We use it to show you real output.

Step 3: read-only access, once you decide.

If you go ahead, we ask to read only what the job needs. A books check needs your books and bank feeds. A lead desk needs the enquiry inbox and your CRM.

Step 4: switch it off on any day.

Turning off access stops everything at once. You don't need our help to do it.

Read-only means look, never act

It can't send, reply, delete or move a single item. Where a draft would help, it saves the draft for a person.

What "a person approves" means

Nothing we build sends a message, pays a bill or changes a record by itself. It prepares the work and puts it in front of a named person.

That person reads it and decides. If they do nothing, nothing happens.

When the work ends

We keep what the work needs and no more. When the work ends, we delete it. Ask sooner, and we delete it sooner.
